Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SBOMix ("Service"), operated by RunTimeAdmin ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate, store, or transmit malicious code or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent
- Use the Service in any way that could impair its performance or availability
2. Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sbomix.com if you believe your key has been compromised. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are misused.
3. Data
You retain ownership of all SBOM data, vulnerability data, and metadata you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit does not violate third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
4. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
5. Free and Paid Plans
The Service may be offered under free and paid plans. Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing paying customers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of RunTimeAdmin. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that vulnerability data or AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Security decisions should not be made solely on the basis of SBOMix output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunTimeAdmin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
